From start to finish, our experienced and qualified product engineers work closely with you in finding a reception area furniture solution that addresses your business requirements.
Based on the hospital design plan you provide (such as CAD, PDF), we will recommend the appropriate furniture style to you based on our experience, including furniture color, material, craftsmanship, etc.
Our design team will carefully review your design proposal and design requirements, and will assist our sales engineers to provide you with reasonable suggestions.
Our sales engineer will provide you with the final design of the furniture and create a detailed quotation within 3 days.
Within 5 days after the quotation is confirmed, our designers will draw accurate construction drawings based on the quotation and send them to you for review and confirmation.
We will sign a sales contract to ensure that both parties produce according to the price and quality agreed upon before.
After receiving your deposit, we will arrange the order, prepare materials, disassemble and produce your furniture order within the specified time.
The installation master assembles according to the drawing 1:1. Our QC will conduct 100% inspection to ensure that the furniture is consistent with the design and is a product you are satisfied with.
All finished furniture is 6-layer protected and placed in custom plywood wooden boxes to ensure they arrive safely and on time.
Support from FRCH does not end at product delivery, as we have a responsive after-sales team that provides effective solutions within 8 hours of contact. Replacements are handled quickly and free of charge, requiring no proof of quality issues.
